Andrew Heasley


Senior Planner Andrew Heasley has almost 10 years’ experience in the planning and development industry. After graduating with a Masters in Civic Design from the University of Liverpool, Andrew moved to London and worked as a Development Control Officer for the London Borough of Brent.  He then took up a position with a leading London planning consultancy before returning to his native Belfast with BDP in 2008. Andrew joined JUNO Planning in January 2012. Andrew is also Director of ‘Coolbox Cargotecture’, Northern Ireland’s only specialist ship container design consultancy.  Andrew is a full member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).

Areas of expertise include: managing planning applications; coordinating multidiscipline teams; renewable energy (wind & energy from waste); brownfield redevelopment; environmental assessments; master planning; land disposal/asset realisation strategies and forensic planning/due diligence.
