As sole planning consultants, JUNO secured planning permission for the £30 million maturation facility outside the settlement limit close to the existing site. Activities included extensive site search and site selection exercises, public consultation exercises, preparation of EIA and planning application monitoring.  Considerations entailed, development outside the settlement limit, landscape setting, proximity to World Heritage Site, visual impact, ground conditions, ecology, traffic and high profile objections.
