JUNO undertook due diligence research, including a red flag review, on the then consented 16.1 Megawatt Ballykeel Wind Farm in Larne. This was followed by assisting Brookfield Renewables (now Ørsted) on discharging pre-commencement planning conditions to ensure implementation of planning permission and commencement of the construction works programme. A long-term fixed-price corporate power purchase agreement (CPPA) with Amazon, the first of its kind to be signed in Northern Ireland, ensures they will offtake all power produced by the wind farm.
