Planning permission secured for replacement 132 high quality extra care apartments and full support facilities including an IT suite, library, salon, restaurant, gym and village hall. Part of the integradted design team, taking the project from pre-application discussions with Cheshire East Council to completion. The new facility will be designed and constructed to achieve BREEAM Excellent status.
