Sole planning consultancy services for the main contractor Bouygues on the £107 million Energy from Waste Plant in the Belfast Harbour Estate, the largest project of its kind in Northern Ireland producing over 100,000 Megawatts of energy each year for 21,000 households. Activities entailed a non-material change application and a full planning application for ammendment to the approved plant referencing previous refusals to secure a full and final soultion.
