First developed in the early 1800s this stunning and exceptional site of historic importance requires numerous extensive and complex planning considerations for this fitting residential development. Considerations included listed buildings, contamintated land, demolition of existing structures, replacement dwellings, building conversions, access roads and preservation landscaping. The project involved dedicated pre-application activities with the council and relevant statutory consultees, and community consultation exercises, to ensure the preservation and continued use of the historic buildings on-site.
